🌿 Walking as Remapping: A Slow Walk to Nowhere
πŸ—“ Tuesday, June 24 | 6:30 – 8 PM
πŸ“ Begins at the Art Gallery of Guelph
🎟 Free & open to all

Join artist Dawn Matheson for a one-of-a-kind walking experience that invites you to slow down, tune in, and wander.✨

Part of the Walking as Remapping series and held in conjunction with the exhibition 155,578, this gentle, intuitive walk asks: What if the journey is the point, not the arrival?

Inspired by Rebecca Solnit’s Wanderlust, A Slow Walk to Nowhere explores walking as a radical, creative, and embodied act of resistance. Begin at AGG with a few simple prompts, then let your senses guide you for 20 minutes of mindful meandering.

πŸŽ’ Bring: Weather-appropriate clothing, a phone or timepiece if you have one, and your curiosity.
πŸŒ€ Return to the gallery for a group reflection to share your discoveries.
