Looks like the Drill Shed is back at Council again!
The Heritage Designation of the Drill Shed was supported unanimously by Council in 2011 including by then Councillor, now Mayor, Guthrie.
But before the Municipal Designation could take force, it was designated by the Province as a Provincially Significant Building. That designation lapsed when it was transferred to City ownership, and the municipal designation took effect. Guelph only has three other Provincially Owned Properties of Provincial Significance. Care to guess what they are?
