Hi Tony Been a Storm season ticket holder for over 30 years and it's frustrating watching the team this year. Just seems there is no progression. Next year what is your opinion about revamping the D? I would keep Frossard, Beauchene,Jenkin,& Skvortsov and possibly Spada as a 7th. I would fill the other spots with and OA or import. Thoughts?

One bad period last night. Thought Guelph played pretty well for the most part. But when the other team scores three power play goals and yours goes 1/7, it's tough to win on the road.

Word on this year's OHL draft, where the Guelph Storm should pick in the top 4: Six or seven very high calibre guys with no clear-cut number one among the top three or four. After that not that deep of a draft.

Right now the only in-house candidates for overagers next year are Charlie Paquette (likely) and Justin Bottineau (unlikely). Normally a team would like an OA defenceman, but the entire Storm defence is eligible to return. Perhaps trade from strength to fill a need?

Shoutout to Quinn Beauchesne (D) on his three-point afternoon on Sunday against the Kitchener Rangers. Despite the losing effort, Beauchesne assisted on all three Storm goals!

Rod Gilbert, the last Guelph player to win the OHL's Red Tilson Trophy for outstanding player, in 1961. Might have gone with Jeff O'Neill as a guess, but his two best seasons were trumped by David Ling and Jamie Allison's huge seasons.

Sunday woes for the Storm as they fell 3-1 to the Sarnia Sting. The Storm return to the Sleeman Centre on Friday, March 7th for a rematch with the Sting.
