I just finished listening to this book on audio. Actually, I found it on youtube, so gave it a try.
It was a nice light read (listen), a pallet cleanser after a pretty heavy read, before another heavy read. I find I need those from time to time. They help lighten the mood, and because I read alot of historical fiction they stop books muddling together in my mind.
It's the story of Lily Bishop and Rose Carrigan, two women at different stages in their life, and on paths of growth. They learn throughout their journey that no matter how old, or young, you are, its never too late to start over. The relationships in this book did not feel rushed but realistic in their development, and genuine.
Give it a listen and let us know what you think.
(One thing I learned, some book are not complete on Youtube! Check the comments before starting to avoid being disappointed.)
