Sometimes, it's not always about finding the perfect home—it’s about finding the right fit for the life you want 🏡
Today marks 1 year since my husband and I moved into our current home. And if I'm being honest, it wasn't our favourite house.
It wasn’t the dream style. It didn’t make our hearts race when we walked in. But it had something that no amount of renovations could ever replicate—the location and the lot.
As I always tell my buyers: you can change just about anything in a house. Paint colours, floors, bathrooms, even the entire layout if you want. But what you can’t change is where it sits—the street, the neighbours, the view, the feel of the community.
What do you think? Was your home purchase location based or something else?
