Top o' the Mornin' to Ya! St. Patrick's Day with the O'Donnells
Monday marks St. Patrick's Day, and as an O'Donnell, let me tell you, this holiday holds a special place in our hearts! It's more than just a day for green beer; it's a celebration of heritage, family, and good old-fashioned Irish cheer.

My husband's family has deep roots in Guelph, owning one of the city's very first "pubs" that was located right in the heart of downtown. And let me tell you, St. Patrick's Day was legendary! Imagine: a sea of green, the lively tunes of traditional Irish music, the aroma of hearty food, and the clinking of glasses filled with green beer.

Today we keep the traditions alive at home. We start with a pot of homemade Irish Stew (recipe coming soon, promise!), and Dan's homemade Irish Soda Bread. Dan is in the kitchen cooking as I type.
On March 17th, everyone is Irish, how will you celebrate? ...and does anyone remember Tooley's?
